Find us on Facebook at @campatrendezvous. Please like our page and you'll find up to date info on our different sites. We'd love for you to send photos of your visit at Camp Rendezvous!

Purchase clean, fresh eggs from our free-range chickens for your camp breakfast; add in a variety of our home made rolls and muffins for a tasty country treat.  For a high-end dinner buy one of our farm raised rabbits to roast over your campfire supplied with a FREE bundle of firewood.  Enjoy your meals while watching our horses graze in the adjoining pasture.  Visit and meet our critters on a free guided educational tour of the farm, upon request.  Then relax and snack on our farm made kettle corn while enjoying your campfire.

After a great meal of farm raised products, step off the property into the George Washington National Forest to hike along the many trails or head over to Bryce Four Season Resort (only 4 miles away) for a full day of fun golfing, grass skiing, rock climbing, mountain biking, zip lines, snow skiing, snow boarding, tubing and many other activities. In addition, Lake Laura is also just 3 miles away for fishing, boating, hiking, beach and swimming. Shenandoah Valley Music Festival is just 4 miles away and offers a variety of outdoor concerts during the summer weekends.  We'll let you know who's playing on our Facebook page.  After a full day of having fun, doze off to the sounds of the woodlands where you might hear an owl or a coyote or two.  But before you fall asleep, call your friends and tell them what a great day you had.  We have good cell service for most carriers.

Rendezvous Farm is also within an hour of several caverns, two civil war battlefields, the Shenandoah Civil War Museum, New Market Battlefield Military Museum and the North and South Forks of the Shenandoah River. The Appalachian Trail is a half hour drive from the farm. This area has much more to offer. We have brochures for many other nearby attractions.  Feel free to inquire about what interests you.

PLEASE READ THIS PARAGRAPH CAREFULLY.  Your stay at Rendezvous Farm, a 16-acre working hobby farm bordering George Washington National Forest on 2 sides, offers you access to over 1 million acres of public land to play in. The fee for this site is $30 per night for up to 4 people.  Up to 2 additional people can stay on the site for an additional $10 per person, per night.  For more than 6 people we recommend you reserve an additional camp site.  Site 2 is the largest site and can easily handle a RV. It is a back in site.  This  PRIMITIVE PLUS site is the only site not directly adjacent to the horse pasture.  Parking for 2 vehicles on site with additional off site parking available. We provide one FREE bundle of firewood but require that all fires are completely extinguished before retiring for the evening or leaving our property.  Six gallons of drinking water as well as water for drowning campfires is provided. Your site has a new picnic table too. Hiking trails begin just a few yards from the campsites! An excellent app to help you find the many public trails is ALLTRAILS.  We can direct you to short private trails near the campsite.  Our small run-off pond is part of our wildlife habitat so please no swimming. We have a nice bluegill population for catch and release only fishing for the kids.  The pond tends to shrink in size as the summer heat evaporates the water faster than it's replenished.  All sites are close to our neighbor so we request quiet time from dark to dawn.  FOR YOUR SAFETY, THAT OF YOUR PETS AND OUR ANIMALS, PLEASE READ THE RULES AND SAFETY SECTION.  This is provided once you make a reservation.

It was a great spot to camp! They have plenty of space between you and the other campsites. Also the land itself if beautiful, nicely shaded with no rocky spots so there are plenty of places to set up your tent.

Allen & Peggy couldn’t have been better hosts. They were communicative and gave us all the guidance we needed to get settled in our 15’ pop-up camper.. The site was situated against the tree line, with a perfect fire pit, drinking and fire-dousing water, dry wood and a picnic table. The provided bathroom facility was immaculate and really nicely appointed.

My wife and I had a great stay at site #2 with our small travel trailer. The property is beautiful. Peggy and Allen paid us a visit to greet us and make sure we were comfortable. The water, firewood, and toilet access that was provided was all a bonus for us. So convenient.

Wouldn’t come to Bryce unless I could camp at Allen & Peggy’s amazing property! Been a yearly tradition for a few years. Bathrooms always clean, peaceful quiet setting in a beautiful area! Can’t beat it anywhere around. Perfect for groups/families and pets!

The campsite was clean and well organized with the table, fire pit, water, and fancy outhouse. We had a wonderful time and it was exactly as we expected. On top of the great campsite Allen and Peggy were terrific hosts. We got a farm tour and purchased eggs and rabbit. We will definitely be back next time we look to camp in the area!

I had a nice stay with Peggy and Allen. The directions were clear and met my expectations. A few things of note:
- the toilets are clean
- the space is large. As other campers have noted, it is close to the other ones so there isn't privacy. This is clearly noted and not on the owners
- the road up looked gnarly at first, but it's fine and only dodgy for a couple of minutes. Note my car is old and falling apart and does not have AWD.
- the animals are vocal throughout the night. I see this as a positive. My anxious dog did not.
- the woods behind the house are very pretty, and they have a quick 10 minute trail plowed
- dogs must be kept on a leash
- the owners are super friendly and the free firewood is dry
