This was such a lovely place to stay. Allana was quick to respond to any questions I had, met me when I arrived, and introduced me to all of the animals! The property is beautiful, spacious, and incredibly scenic. It’s one of those places where it’s easy to relax. Will definitely be going back!

What I like best about this property is the accessibility, how easy it is to be set up for a short over night stay because the spot is so flat and level, how peaceful and beautiful the property is and how generous and friendly the hosts are. This is our second of probably many stays at La La Land because of how it is half way between our destinations. We are boondockers so we are able to just roll up, pop out our sun shade and be relaxing in the lull of a lovely farm complete with horses, chickens and turkeys within no time. I am sure there is so much more to see within the hiking trails around the property, but unfortunately we are usually tuckered out by arrival and on our way early the next morning. The hosts are personable and friendly and generously gave us some lovely fresh produce from their garden that was at it's peak bounty.

The people at lala land are worm and welcoming, I was there for a few days with my dog. They let me know where the best spot was to see the fireworks, and provided plenty of firewood. Great view of the mountains

Our hosts at La La Land were so welcoming and perfect! They set us up in a beautiful spot pointing out where the sunset and rose so we could take our pick of each. And then there was the ever present view of the Blue Ridge. The site is immersed in their working horse farm but private from their residence. Sitting by the fire we had built in the fire pit the evening of our visit we really did feel like we had landed in alittle piece of heaven. La La Land is very easy to get to and you are greeted with a list of area things to do when you arrive. This was our first HipCamp stay and we were more then impressed! It was wonderful.

We had a really nice overnight stay at La La Land! Allana was very responsive and helpful. She was there when we arrived to show us where everything was and had our firewood ready for us next to the firepit. We enjoyed a gorgeous sunset from the top of the hill. Water was easy to get, the portapotty was clean and the horses and turkeys were all very friendly :-)
The campsites are far from the main road but you can still hear the trucks off in the distance which was fine and there was some loud machinery going off next door which was a little annoying but ok.
Would definitely recommend staying here!

What a great place! From the moment we got there the hosts were kind and so patient with our questions . The property is beautiful and the added bonus is the horses right near your site . The views are breathtaking .. I cannot say enough about the hosts and the property and we can’t wait to go back !
