If you like to get out and camp, without being on top of other people, this is the spot for you. I'd love if other people didn't know about it so I wouldn't have to fight to get it reserved, but it would be a shame for anyone to miss out on camping here. Michael even came down to check on us when the river was swelling, due to the recent precipitation, to ensure we were not in the path of the rising water. We loved the spot and the fishing was on point! Thanks again for everything!!

Thanks for putting the word out , even if you didn’t want to. Cone back when the water is lower ,clearer and warm enough ,so your little boys can play in the river. Glad your experience was fun. Thanks for leaving the campsite in such good order.

It was a beautiful property, easy to navigate as well. We loved the privacy and room for our pups. Would definitely recommend and would like to come back soon. Michael was a great host and dropped off two loads of firewood during our stay. Thank you!

Couldn’t ask more from this campsite. Bring your own water and electric if you need. Def bring a potty bucket! Otherwise, you are in for a treat.

Woke up to coyote howls at 3am. We know now that there was no threat. Coyotes want your food and will not attack your tent. Good luck!!

We hear the coyotes once and a while . They have never bothered us in any way other than than can put a hurting on a rabbit population and they eat baby deer but that is all natural and I am overpopulated on deer. It is cool but kind of scary when they do their Howling. If you like it book on full moon.

We had a great time camping at seven islands! The camp sites were spaced far enough apart and we ended up having the property completely to ourselves most of our stay. For the extra fee, Michael provided plenty of wood that lasted throughout our stay. It made things a lot easier on us. The train was not loud at all and the kids loved watching it roll by several times a day. The site was well maintained and we look forward to coming back again in the summer to play in the water at site 1. (The river was too high this time of year to enjoy the sandy area) The kids enjoyed the swing at campsite 2 as well!

2nd time. The two other sites occupied. Plenty of privacy. Such a beautiful setting. The river, trains, birds and soul of this spot makes it so special.
