This was a great camping spot on the river. We enjoyed tubing down the river. Patrick was great at answering all my questions. We had an awesome time.
Nice campsite right on the confluence of Janes and Rivanna. Easy to find adjacent to landing. Picnic table and fire ring - nice shaded spots. Patrick was very accommodating and filled us in on the historic nature of the site. We will be back.
Beautiful location right on the James River. Campsite is located on the north side of a field so it was quite shady and comfortable all day. Highly recommend picking up some eggs from the farm as well!
This spacious site is lushly grassed and features plenty of wonderful shade trees. It's definitely an up and coming listing, and you can tell how much pride, care, and work the host has put into making this location stellar. It's very clean, and is situated in a pastoral setting next to a boat ramp for getting on and off the James River.
I cannot recommend this site enough. Book it immediately because I promise it's going to be hard to get in the future.
