We really enjoyed our stay! So relaxing. The site had everything we needed and had beautiful views. I would highly recommend this site. We will be back!
What a wonderful site! This was our first Hipcamp and I can't imagine ever finding another as good as this one! The carport covering and attached post and beam deck/pergola provided great protection and hang out spaces. We had a wild thunder/lightning/monsoon/high wind event the first night there and were so happy to have the covering for our trailer. The water, electric (50A/30A) and sewer were conveniently located and the wifi was an added bonus that allowed me to join work zoom calls on several mornings. The views from the site are lovely - a look down the valley on fields and farms. Each night we sat by the fire pit and watched the "strawberry" moon rise over the forested hills. We had frequent deer visitations and on two nights a skunk wandered a short ways off (keep your dog close!). It was beautifully quite - just the sound of bluebirds and wood thrush and the wind through the fields and forest nearby. The nearby road is very lightly trafficked and the two nearby houses were absolutely quiet. We hiked to Chateau Morissette Winery - a lovely 2 mile walk through the woods - and enjoyed some wine and great views there. The nearby Blue Ridge Parkway and Mabry Mill are great to visit as is Buffalo Mountain Nature Preserve. Rebecca's communication was always quick and on point and her lovely parents, Jim and Mary, each dropped by once to check on us; they were not intrusive at all. Five stars all the way! Thank you Rebecca!

Perfect spot! This was our second stay, just as quiet and beautiful as we remembered.
We were there only a very short time Thanksgiving day and night; but the experience was awesome.
I loved the covered pavilion as it rained heavily that night. 50 amp service is solid, water pressure consistent, and dump was super handy.
Would strongly recommend to anyone who wants a quiet getaway.
We absolutely loved this location! The views are beautiful from the site and Rock Castle Gorge is only 15 minutes away. We will definitely be camping here again!

This was a beautiful location. The site was well cared for with a fire ring full of wood ready to go.
We stayed one night but would have enjoyed 2-3 days early. We appreciated the privacy. I would like me to return in the spring as it was cold and windy the evening we camped.

Just off the Blue Ridge Parkway is this personal RV park for one. While we didn’t hike to the winery, we did very much enjoy the private patio with fire pit as the weather had turned Much colder than expected. The WiFi is great and view is fantastic.
Very responsive and helpful host. The site has a sunrise view and is well maintained with full hook ups (50A&30A). We followed the nearly 2 mile trail to the nearby winery for flights and eats. Great experience.
