We absolutely loved the secluded little slice of Malle paradise. Surrounded by revegetation plantings and a beautiful night sky, what more could you want. The best HipCamp hosts, Trudy and James made us so welcome and their passion for what they are doing with the place is so infectious! Loved it and we will be back!

I loved this campsite so much! Private, beautiful and varying scenery. Great camp kitchen and fit pit available. Dogs loved it and so did we!

Crisp mornings, relaxed nights. The camp site is open, away from big trees that can fall. Camp fire pit provided. Amazing views. Beautiful site, 2nd time I’ve camped here and would camp again. Accommodating hosts and very helpful.
Woodland Views is a treat for the senses. The hosts have a strong environmental and cultural mission, they underscore just how important land conservation is in Victoria. Well done to Trudy and James for creating this space for visitors. The site is a 3hr drive from Melbourne (with a stop) and a 1hr drive to Bendigo and a short drive to local towns Wedderburn and Inglewood. Plenty of space to set up camp on this large property with abundant wildlife and flora everywhere.
Had a wonderful stay right next to the dam where we went for a swim! The surroundings are absolutely beautiful and there are plenty of nice walking tracks. James was such a welcoming and friendly host, I cannot wait to come back and I would recommend this camping spot to anyone who’s looking for a private, relaxed time in nature.
Thanks to Trudy and James for hosting my stay at Woodlands, I loved the bush environment and found the camp kitchen to be an excellent additional resources. My dogs appreciated their swims in the dams and I enjoyed views of nearby Mt Korong. Thanks very much, I hope to be back another time.
The site is gorgeous, with lovely diversity. The revegetation work Trudy and Co and put in is really coming together.
The camp site was quiet and we felt like we had the place to ourselves.
They were friendly and helpful hosts.
