Springview Farm Special Event Space

This is a special request to book out the farm for your private event.  

Springview Farm is a secluded pocket of land located between Lysterfield Lake Park and Cardinia Reserviour. Only 45 minutes from Melbourne CBD making it a perfect location for WEDDINGS corporate functions, brand launches,   small private functions, photo shoots, film productions.  Please note we do not cater for 18th or 21st birthday parties.  Totally private, secluded and surrounded by native bushland, paddocks and our spring fed dam.  

There are 2 locations to choose from.

THE BARN Our stables complex can host a function for up to 30 seated people, or 60 people standing, and the area outside our stables can host 60 people.  Toilets need to be hired for this location.  The rose garden is near the barn making it an ideal location for a wedding ceremony and reception.  This area is for day and evening events only.  If you require overnight accommodation, please get in touch as we have limited room at our glamping site.  This area does not have Toilet facilities. THE VALLEY. The open grass area between our dam and bushland, can host up to 120 people for day/evening events only.  There is plenty of room to set up a double Tentipi or Marquee. There is no power to this site, so a generator will need to be hired.  There is only one toilet, so an additional toilets will need to be hired depending on the group size.

We can provide several add on services (and contacts) for catering, toilets, glamping and limited camping, photographers, florists, festoon and fairy lighting, generator, tables, rustic bar. etc.

All music requirements need to be discussed beforehand and comply with noise restrictions. A $150 minimum cleaning fee is charged for removal of rubbish.  For larger groups this may increase. (local Tip fees) 

PLEASE NOTE,  OUR FARM IS A GLASS FREE AND SMOKING FREE SITE.  livestock, grass, bare feet do not mix with broken glass. We live in a delicate beautiful area filled with native flora and fauna.  We have a dedicated smoking area and strongly encourage our no glass policy
