Riverside King Valley is set on the banks of the King River in King Valley Victoria, 38km drive on sealed road from Wangaratta. It's surrounded by picturesque countryside with access to 1Km of river frontage. The river is ideal for swimming, tubing, canoeing and fishing. Choose either to “do nothing” or go and explore the many attractions in the King Valley. River Flats Camp sites are very spacious with fire pits and hot plates, plus an abundance of open area for recreation. The River Bank Bush Camp is an extra large riverside bush campsite. It has a designated fire pit with hot plate, Campers will need to have own amenities and leave no trace. Accessible for all types of vehicles. Dog friendly if well controlled. Campfires permitted when restrictions aren't in place, firewood for sale (see Extras). We are close to the region’s attractions including Powers Lookout, Lake William Hovell, Paradise Falls the Brewery, Restaurants, Wineries and Distilleries of the Iconic King Valley. Roadside River Camp

Great place camping by the river (we went swimming!) with our dog, campfire, lovely shady spots, wineries nearby. Host Daemon was very helpful and friendly. Would thoroughly recommend.

Great place to camp

Property is beautiful and very relaxing. Jeremy and Daemon are great hosts as they are genuinely nice people and very accomodating. Jasper (owners dog) was very entertaining. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful large secluded spot with fire pit. Easy river access to a rocky beach on the river (which was quite shallow). 100% recommend

Roadside Camp Powered

Good spacious site

We really enjoyed this site. We had a powered site with heaps of space, not far from the amenities. The main issue for us was the noise from the road, especially trucks at 6am (weekdays). If you can manage without power, one of the sites further from the road would be more peaceful. Can't fault Jeremy and Daemon, they were so helpful and welcoming. Would definitely camp here again.

Site 1 - River Flats

Such a great spot! Campsites are far enough apart to feel a little bit quiet and private, but still with access to a shower and toilet, which was fab. Gorgeous spot on the river. Easy to find and Daemon was great to deal with, so helpful to have the option of having firewood there ready and waiting for us. We had a wonderful time and will be back!
