Campsite 1 is located near the entrance to nyerna overlooking the dam, with lots of space to pitch a tent, drive in your small mobile home or caravan.
Campsite 2 is located at the front of the property, near the dam and is a flat, cleared space to pitch a tent, surrounded by shady trees.
Campsite 3 is at the top of the hill on a cleared, flat site near the shed.
These sites are best suited to self-contained campers who bring their own toilet/shower, water etc. Well behaved pets on leashes are welcome.
nyerna is located 12kms from Lake Eppalock which is ideal for water based activities including fishing, kayaking, boating, swimming as well as hikes, wildlife photography and picnics.
To the northwest is Bendigo and the Heathcote Wine Region where you can visit cellar doors and enjoy the Heathcote Shiraz which the region is well known for. Bendigo itself is full of history and architecture, good food and culture, and provides all the amenities you need including grocery stores, medical services and camping supplies.

Such a nice, quiet area and plenty of space for the trailer to access. Really close to Bendigo but also so far away! Thanks so much for having us there.
Great spot to spread out under the trees near the dam on Dja Dja Wurrung land. Peaceful, dappled light, so much bird life to watch and enjoy. We even saw a goanna!
Even in the rain Nyerna provided peace, safety, and ease. Clear communication, clear directions, and a sacred resting place.
Robyn is a gracious host. The property was perfect for my needs. Trees, water, peace, solitude.
