We are having a short break for a few weeks and will open up again towards the end of winter/early Spring.

Enjoy a hidden country escape on our 5 acre property on the Mornington Peninsula. Property features a wetland with jetty, roaming peacocks, chickens and sheep in an open woodland setting. A relaxed country atmosphere conveniently located near beaches, wineries, op shops and restaurants.

Up to 3 sites available.  Ideal for groups or individual campers.  Our property is surrounded on two sides by reserve, the Balcombe Creek and bushland. BYO gear and set up in the paddock.  We will meet you on arrival and direct you to the campsites.

Access to a long drop outdoor toilet and a cold water tap with potable drinking water.

We prefer no dogs due to peacocks and sheep and our own dogs... but please ask before booking anyway, and we will accommodate on a case-by-case basis.

We are a 5 to 10-minute drive to the beautiful bay beaches of Mornington and Mt Martha and a 20-minute drive to Westernport bay and the surf beaches.  Close to the nearly 60 wineries on the Mornington Peninsula, an abundance of restaurants,  Peninsula Hot Springs and other attractions such as Arthurs Sea Eagle cable car, Enchanted Maze Garden, and many amazing bushwalks.

Leanne and Tony were fantastic hosts! They made a huge effort to show us around, gave us our own fire pit and were really kind. The property is very close to Mornington shops and restaurants and has a gorgeous orchard. It was a great place to stay and we will definitely be coming back.

This place is awesome! Leeanne and Tony were great hosts. The place is great with many activities to do with the kids. Tony was happy to share fruit from the orchard and the kids loved seeing the guinea pigs and peacocks. 5 minutes to the shops, 10 minutes to the beach but still totally isolated when camping. Would totally recommend and will be coming back.

My partner and I had the most wonderful time staying at Leeanne and Tony's bushland hideaway. There are many magical places within the property to explore, like their pontoon, bush hut, giant swing and orchard. We fell in love with all their animals, particularly Bob and Barney (their dogs). Leeanne and Tony made us feel very welcomed and they were super accommodating in everyway. We look forward to coming back.

This is an amazing find.
Leeanne and Tony have created a bush oasis within reach of the beach. Peacocks, Chickens, orchard, swing, lake, water, pot toilet that’s very clean and useable. Fireplace and some kindling is delivered if available, picnic table bbq racks oh and guinea pigs to keep the grass down in the orchard. If you want to see as close to self sustainability as you can get, from even a hand built mud brick home, this is your weekend getaway.
I can’t say enough about the hideaway, thank you Leeanne and Tony, I’ll be back.
Book as this treasure will soon be found.

What a spot! We can’t rate this place high enough... had a great stay with 4 adults and 5 kids... so much to explore. Was like camping on a farm and an orchard with roaring camp fires at night. So hidden away and amongst nature yet just a few mins to the beach and shops. The hosts Leanne and Tony went above and beyond... What lovely kind and down to earth people and their 2 dogs Barney and bob were just gorgeous. We will definitely be back. Thank you having us.

We enjoyed our Easter weekend getaway with our large group.
Leanne and Tony were extremely accomodating abd friendly, they gave us tours around the camp site.
We had young kids with us and they had a great time exploring the area and even gave us adults a tour around!
The kids also loved the guinea pigs and other animals that were around. The campsite kept the kids busy throughout the day and the kids are definitely keen to come back again.
