Not too far from Ararat, this property consists of open farm land with a dry creek and trees located around the boundary. We are very close to the Grampians National Park and the views of the sandstone Grampian mountains at sunset are a must see.
This region features beautiful wildflowers and lots of wildlife including echidnas and wallabies. In the evenings you can gaze at the milky way as you sit and chat around the campfire. Bring your pet dog and go bushwalking.
This campsite suits self-contained campers who bring their own camping toilet/shower, and drinking water and firewood supply. Fresh water can be obtained from Pomonal Hall. Nearby, the townships of Moyston and Pomonal both have general stores for all your supply needs.
Be sure to visit Halls Gap and the Brambuk Aboriginal Cultural Centre, which provides information on local Aboriginal history and rock art. At the national park you will find trail, waterfalls and lookouts.

We had a great stay here the google map location was definitely on point. I would recommend this spot to use as a base camp to explore the Grampians national park and surrounding areas.
We loved camping on Ross’ land. We booked on extremely late notice, (the night before travelling) over a busy long weekend and was delighted by Ross’ accommodation. Instructions to property were clear and easy to follow. Beautiful trees, landscape and wildlife. Three others groups camping on the property at the same time but we were all very spaced out and couldn’t hear them at all, no noise travelled across the land. Super close to Ararat and halls gap/Grampians, making it an excellent base camp site!
We had a great couple of days of adventure and camping in Miller's landing. It was not too far from the main town of Moyston and Halls Gap. We had the site by ourselves with few family friends with us. We don't have to worry about being up all night,making noise, and having a good time without bothering anybody. Ross was very helpful, and helped us with organising the portaloo. We were able to bring our dogs too!, which was a big bonus. We will definitely come back again.
Unfortunately, due to my work schedule, I was unable to attend Miller's Landing, but the property owner/host Ross was very understanding and kindly offered for us to stay at a later date.
The property is located close to Gariwerd (Grampians) and Halls Gap so it would make a very convenient "base camp" for people wanting to explore the region while avoiding crowded campsites and caravan parks.

Beautiful peice of land, we had a motorhome and was very easy to access and find the location, Ross was great calling to check we found the property with ease, had a beautiful view of the mountains
