We Live on 2 1/2 acres out of town which is only five minutes away we live 20 minutes from the Murray River, 25 mins from Shepparton. We have a beautiful peaceful garden to discover. From a beach shack to a Men’s hut. Keep warm around a open fire. We have a area for you to cook and sit back and relax. We have a golden retriever and Samoyed dog. Cockatoos names max and a speaking galah named Jacko. A couple of chooks. You won’t be disappointed with the stunning outlook into the paddocks with the sunrise and sundowns. TOILET AVAILABLEWe have a beautiful peaceful garden to walk around and discover all the little sections. From a beach shack to a Men’s hut. Keep warm around a open fire. Listening to the sound of nature. There are a few kids canoes which can be used on the dam. The property is located to 25 minutes to Shepperton, 20 minute to the Murray River. Friendly dogs are welcome, there is a dog kennel available you can use as well. There are no facilities here, camper must be self contained and leave no trace.

Bec's garden is an amazing, beautiful and tranquil place to hang out in and Mick's gazebo is the perfect place to enjoy sunset drinks. They are friendly and welcoming hosts with great tips on things to do and see locally. Thanks :-)

Camping, gardens and great company!

Mick and Bec’s place was great. We grabbed a quiet shaded spot at the side of the dam. The puppies were an added bonus since we are missing our puppy. First Hipcamp we have stayed at and our hosts could not have been more helpful. Great spot close to main attractions on the area, Echuca, Shepparton, the river, Silo art and much more. Our daughter loved the beautiful gardens and the fact she could ride her bike around the farm. We would recommend the stay to anyone.

Handford’s Open Garden

We had such a great time, very very welcoming. We were invited for dinner on our last night, and felt like one of the family. Our children had an absolute ball and were in tears as we drove away. Lots of things to keep the kids entertained, the dam, animals etc. Will defiantly visit again.
