180 year old historic homestead hobby farm with river frontage on the Glenelg River and a wonderful established garden.

This site is a bit more secluded and off the main riverfront and on one of its estries, this site is more private and tranquil. A short walk to the main riverfront and homestead. A fishing rod is a must at either location. Bit shallower here and good for young kids.

Good access for caravans and large motorhomes. No amenities so campers need to BYO everything they need (MUST BRING YOUR OWN TOILET) and leave no trace. Dog friendly (we have our own dogs). You will get visits from our pet Sheep, local kangaroos and wallabies. The kookaburra's will laugh loudly in the mornings and the Cockies will be annoyingly loud some days. This is an ideal base for those that want to do day trips to explore the local area or just plop and drop.

There is a big stone fire pit where you can sit around and enjoy the night skies while sipping your night cap or two. This area suits larger groups with plenty of space to spread out. We ask that you only have 1 Tent or 1 Van per site to prevent over crowding of our campsites unless prier agreement is given.

Pricing is per person. Please select the correct number of guests in the booking process.

IMPORTANT: We do not have facilities here, so you absolutely MUST have your own camp toilet, and take all waste with you. If you arrive without your own loo, you will be asked to leave. We're very strict on this, due to an unfortunate event in the past where campers used our beautiful property as a toilet.

David is a wonderful host. Had another wonderful tranquil break. An awesome variety of wild birds. My husband has fun fishing in the creek. Caught European Carp, Catfish & Redfin.

Another fantastic stay at David’s magnificent property. This time we stayed at the Creek Front, which is very quiet, private, perfectly flat and secluded. We were about 6 feet from the water, so the ambience was awesome, and that cold beer at 5pm each day tasted even better. Another couple staying on the property we’re great fun, joined them at the fire pit and shared some travel stories, wine and food. Great times!! Only downer (not so
much for us, but for David) were the 6 scumbags who stayed overnight elsewhere and left the place like sh** tip with rubbish everywhere, they hide 3 large rubbish bags that were full, under the old railway line, used toilet paper and everything that goes with that was left there too. Seriously, some people have no respect for others and the environment - what scumbags, a total disgrace. Anyway, 10/10 again for David and Michelle’s beautiful place. We will be back very soon. Andrew.

Thankyou for the kind words. Yes dealing with those Sh?t Uber Eats Drivers and their mess was disgusting. They are now banned from Hipcamp. See you when you come back.

Spent a very relaxing 3 nights at Fulham Homestead, Creekside site on the long weekend. It's a beautiful part of Victoria. Thank you David for being a helpful and attentive host.
Unfortunately, a group of campers on the Saturday night showed little respect for David, his property, or camping etiquette. They left their site in a disgusting state, even hiding 3 full bags of rubbish and leaving their camp fire burning. They don't deserve to have the privilege of enjoying our wonderful country.
Thanks again David, we appreciate your efforts.

Thankyou for staying with us and being the Camper campers should be. Just to let you know those Pig campers are booted from Hipcamp and wont be allowed to re-join. Will be great to see you again some day.

This is our second time camping at Fulham Creekfront. The creek is great for a dip and the kids spend hours swimming and splashing around. Plenty of trees for shade and campsites very private and well spaced. Love sitting back and enjoying the Cockatoos and kookaburras sing. David is always at hand if needed and is a great host. We love this spot and will definitely be back.

Great camping spot
Plenty of room with the river right by our tent site and was nice to have a dip in on a hot day. Was peaceful and will be back.

Nice spot on the creek with plenty of room. Minimal access to water and some road noise. Overall we enjoyed it but would have preferred the river site.

Nice place but grass was not mowed, and when asked if the fire pit was still there , he said yes but you will need to shovel the water out of it, was not very helpful.

Wow. Thankyou for your sooo kind words. You do realize its camping on rural land not a pristine caravan park with manicured lawns. Yes there was alot of water about because it had been raining, Hello.
