Enjoy the serenity! Bring your horses and your dog, bring your guitar, a good book, even bring a golf set and a bucket of balls. You will have 80 acres of stunning country all to yourselves. Only one booking taken at a time. No one else will be anywhere near! Self-contained campers only, please bring in what you need, and take all waste with you. Base price covers up to 8 people, with capacity capped at 12 people.  The land is characterised by rolling hills, covered by mostly open grassland, with patches of gum trees for shade, and a dam and creek. There's also a native eucalypt forest right across the road with miles of fire trails for walking and horse riding. In the cooler months, the land turns from shades of gold to greens.  There are no facilities, its just you and the land (bliss!) so ensure you have everything you need with you, and take all your waste when you leave.  If you fancy fresh fish for dinner, just down the road is Tuki Trout Farm, or nearby Cairn Curran Reservoir and Tullaroop Reservoir are great for fishing. The tourist villages of Newstead, Clunes and Maldon are all a short drive away, and Daylesford is just 35km drive.  Campfires are permitted when fire bans are not in place. NOTE: We do offer the neighbouring 50-acre paddock for hunting/shooting - with conditions. Please note, this activity is offered separately to our Hipcamp operation and needs to be organised with us directly. Also, we do not allow hunting/shooting next door, if there is a group camping already.

ROOZE recce At Lees Bush
What a great spot! I was doing a recce to find great locations to bring some friends too and this ticked every box - view, great aspect for sunset, bush setting, enough space in the clear and a fire pit. The sunset was amazing but the stars were next level - unbelievable!! John was communicative with great recommendations and directions.

Secluded camping with a view
Great view in a massive secluded area with the distant sounds of sheep. Wind gusts were a bit more than I had prepared for. Part of the track would be tricky for a 2WD or trailer.

Great camping spot . Sitting beside the campfire under a full moon that lit up the valleys and hills . It was just as beautiful at night as it was in the daytime.

Stonebridge Valley
We had a fantastic time at this site. It was super easy to find with the instructions, and the LandCruiser got through the fields no problem. There was so much space and beautiful views - the perfect place to switch off and relax. Our dog had an absolute ball. The sheep would stroll by every morning which was a lovely treat. You couldn't hear anything other than nature. No cars, no people. Perfect! The firepit was perfect to make some coals for some campfire cooking. And we managed to find some flat(ish) ground for our tent. All in all, a great long weekend.

Lovely spot and great host. While our trip was cut short with the kids coming down crook we will be back. Great view and nice and quiet location.

Stonebridge Valley
Beautiful and peaceful.
A beautiful, secluded campsite that offers total serenity and lots of hilly countryside to explore. There’s also an abundance of firewood for building spectacular campfires. Getting to the camp spot takes patience, because there’s no road. There’s also limited flat areas, so choose carefully. Be assured though, your efforts will be rewarded.
