Powered and non-powered camping is the same price. There are 4 power boxes (first in best dressed). Access to hot showers, laundry and access to the bunkhouse if you get rained out.

This is the perfect place to base yourself to enjoy the natural beauty of the Grampians National Park.

The Scout Camp is located within a short distance to many hikes, bushwalks, lakes and other natural attractions. Scouts use and love this location, so we are offering it for others to enjoy too. By staying here you are helping us with funds to improve the camp.

The Scout Camp has bunkhouse accommodation that can sleep 60, plus 10-15 caravan sites (about 4 powered). Camping welcome, plenty of sites. Ask about booking the whole place out for your group!

There are great facilities including gas and fire BBQs, a commercial kitchen that has fed up to 80 people, a large dining hall and games hall, laundry, toilets and hot showers!

There's a seasonal creek just 400 metres away. As it's a National Park dogs are not permitted. Campfires permitted. Firewood available to collect your own in the bush.

Overall experience was ok. Location is good, close to many walking trails. The big downside was the cleanliness of facilities. Also, the kitchen use is not included despite the listing says so.

The site was lovely, and so close to so many of the wonderful attractions around the grampians. We had an abundance of wildlife for the kids to look at and a great space for them to ride bikes and play. Kitchen made things easy to prepare meals, and meant we didn't need to take too much with us. Quinn was super quick to respond to messages and answer any questions we had. Highly, highly recommend this place.

We loved camping here, we were totally self sufficient and so didn't need to use the amenities or power. We set up camp far from the main section and saw a variety of wild life. From our camp we were able to walk to McKenzie Falls which was about 18Km return trip.

The place has a very good location and is around excellent places to visit, however this was the only point in favor, first of all there was no person in the place when we arrived to explain to us how the place worked or where we could meet , two of the people with whom I was going to travel could not go and I wanted to explain that inconvenience to see if it was possible that they would refund the money of those two people, the cleaning of both the bathrooms and the kitchen and in general the house Where one could access was in very bad condition, I even had to clean one of the toilets because I was not able to sit there due to how dirty they were, I think for a weekend where so many people are expected to go Like the one that had that weekend, they should be more aware of the cleaning since we are paying a cost, I would like you to review the issue of the two people who could not attend to contemplate the refund of the money since we were not very happy with the stay in this place either.

Thank you so much

Don't bother ringing manager on-site as it belongs to someone else. You are better of texting Quinn. The camp-site is not 5star lol but was definitely good for us because we had access to hot showers, flushable toilets and power. Bbqs, firewood and fire drums were available. It was our first camping experience, so it was different to the city life, and fun, especially after experiencing
4 other failed sites we had booked after this. If we visit the Grampians again, we will come back here to camp. No reception at the gate, but there is reception on site where the camping grounds is.

We had the whole place to ourselves which was perfect for our group. Great location away from it all with decent facilities. Loved sitting around a campfire watching the sun go down & then waiting for the stars to come out. We’ll be back!
