What a beautiful property and magical place! From the adventure and laughs of using wagons to bring our stuff up to the cabin, to having a fire and dancing under the starry night sky, my boyfriend and I had such a fun and relaxing time. The camp is well thought out and we were pleasantly surprised by all of the cooking supplies provided!

We had an amazing two week stay at Kingdom Star Cabin. The site is was thoughtfully designed making for an easy move in after a beautiful uphill hike. Amazing walking trails are all over the property and the views are inspiring. Dan was very helpful and accommodating. There are a lot of great food options in Hardwick and nearby towns. Our three kids and dog had a great time too! We look forward to visiting again.

The views here are incredible! The cabin was so quaint and clean, with the firepit and cooking areas just perfect! Pack lightly though, the uphill hike with all the gear wasn't easy, but definitely worth the views and seclusion.

What a great spot! Top of the hill with great views, lush mossy trails under your feet. Great set up, nice little kitchen, sweet outhouse, tiny cabin and 15 gallons of water provided at site for kitchen. This is a great spot one that I will certainly return to. There is a hike in up the hill to the cabin with a wagon provided to help transport gear, the hill up to the site is steep! They offer to bring wood up to the site versus utilizing the wagon to do on your own. Take them up on that offer!!!! Pay the extra money for the service. I used 5 bundles and had 2 fires during my time, order extra and leave behind would not have hurt my feelings after climbing what others referred to as cardiac hill. I personally loved the walk in. The descent upon departure was an adventure for sure, I only dumped the wagon once! Again, I loved this spot would love to return in the future!!

It is a beautiful spot and very quiet. We camped with two families so it was a little difficult packing all the gear up the hill. It would be perfect for a couple or a couple couples.
All said, we did have a fantastic time!

Spent the 4th of July weekend at Kingdom Star. It was a wonderful getaway and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Perfect location where we were able to day trip to Stowe/Waterbury, Lake Willoughby, and Caspian Lake. Amenities of the site were great and our family (and 10 year old Husky) loved the property…always great when our pup can be off leash!

Alice, our 10 year old Husky, enjoying the farm life and watching over the valley! We really love Vermont!Sad to go.

Great picturesque camp site with plenty of space to also set up a tent. Beautiful weather rewarded us with starry nights both nights. Dans Hipcamp is such a wonderful place to spend time with nature.

This is a truly special spot. I really was craving some time along and in nature and got exactly that. This spot is super peaceful at the top of a beautiful hill with the most amazing view. I would highly recommend walking around the trails on the property and swimming in the brook. The town of Hardwick nearby is cute also! I got some groceries at the co-op. The cabin has everything you would need! I was very impressed at how perfectly everything was laid out. Thanks for allowing me to share in this super special spot. I didn't have trouble pulling my stuff up the hill but I also love exercise!
