We had a great time camping at Ted and Liza’s. The grassy area was so peaceful and golden hour was just magical walking throughout the property. Compost toilet was also very convenient. We would camp here again.

The site was really nice. Quiet and with a lot of place. There is a small dirt road not far from the campsite but not really busy. Had a quick talk with Ted. He is a real gentleman. Will go back next time I am visiting Vermont.

We are so happy you had a nice time on our property for your camping adventure. The dirt road is actually our driveway, only accessed by our family. We can’t wait to host you on your next Vermont adventure.

Ted and Liza are pros. five star pros with quick replies and very thorough details via Hip Camp messaging. their property has enough to offer in hiking alone to make it a final destination in and of itself. but if you're just stopping by you will feel safe and cozy along the valley floor. the composting toilet is lux compared to other offerings on the road (including many service stations). the vase of flowers were a nice warm welcome.

This was a perfect spot! Could tell the lawn was freshly cut for my arrival with flowers on the picnic table. Bundle of wood provided was perfect and even came with a fire starter! This was the most peaceful location for a last min get away. Would certainly go back :)

We really enjoyed our stay with Ted and Liza. Really wonderful land with great hiking trails. Ted was very responsive to questions. Campsite is private. It is clear that they have put a lot of loving care into not only the camping experience but the entire property. I would highly recommend!
We really enjoyed the area for its lakes and rivers. Hiking, fishing and scenic drives. If you want an outdoor experience and don’t mind driving around, this is perfect.
