While this site is adjacent to our Meadow View Off-Grid Cabin and the same camping party can reserve both at the same time, for privacy we only allow one or the other to be booked by different parties - contact us for details. Surround yourself with the same streams, river, woods and wetlands that our family enjoys. Though other visitors may happen by, this site is out of sight of the others and private. With over 5 miles of private open and forested hiking paths filled with wildlife, we all have lots of space to share. Nearby swimming holes and outdoor adventures are everywhere. Close to Jay Peak Resort, Green River Reservoir, the Long Trail, and international Lake Memphremagog.

Such a great experience. Ted&Liza we’re great hosts. We brought our new to us 13’ Scamp travel trailer and Ted skillfully backed it down the drive with his tractor and got it into place for us. The site is peaceful with lots to explore. The outhouse was clean and adequate. Our kids loved running through the meadow catching grasshoppers. Great spot in the Northern Vermont.
Such a beautiful area! Lots of open space and still very private. The property is gorgeous and there is so much to explore.

Thank you so much! We hope to host you again in the future!!
