My property has been in the family since before the town was founded. Through 7 generations starting with Garner Rix who cleared the land and built the stone walls, his son, Daniel Rix, who built the house. Together they built the barn and Corncrib. They raised sheep. Garner Rix Dewey added onto the house and built the woodshed. He raised Morgan Horses. Now, several generations later, I offer space for guests to enjoy this land.
