Large campsites along the river, real nice beach area, indoor and outdoor basketball courts, fishing, swimming, farm animals. Access to Kingdom Trails (5 mins)- mountain biking, Burke mountain (5 mins), Lake Willoughby (10 mins), Dog Mountain- outdoor music (10 mins), lots of local restaurants and farmer's markets. Here is a brief description of each site: Sites 1, 2, 3, 7 are tenting sites along the river and are our most popular sites if your looking for a place to kick back and relax while enjoying the Kingdom. Site 6 is also very popular and can accommodate campers/pop ups/vans/tenting. Nice view of the river and easy access to the water. Sites 4 and 5 are not along the river and are easy access for pop-ups, vans, or campers 20' and under. These two sites are great for campers looking for a short stay or late arrival. Also ideal for larger groups looking for two sites together that are convenient to get in and out of on a quick weekend trip. Currently site 4 is blocked, but can be opened up for a group looking to join site 5, or someone looking for a place to stay. Send us a message through Hipcamp and we can open this site for you if interested. Sites 4 and 5 are a short and easy walk/access to river. In addition, our large barn (50’ x 80’) is for campers to use to either hang out or a place to get out of the rain. The barn can also be used to store things - such as bikes, coolers, gear, or whatever you may have that would be best undercover on a hot or rainy day/evening. There is plenty of open room. In the big barn we have bundles of firewood for campfires @ $5 per bundle. We also have available fresh farm eggs @ $3 per dozen. Campers can pick up anytime in the barn refrigerator if interested.

Perfect spot to support bike adv.
Great spot to support our bike adventure and to weather a massive storm!!
The barn was an awesome place to hunker down when the winds and rain threatened to carry us away. The outdoor shower and bathroom in barn were a nice perk. And the fresh eggs from the chickens and quick hello to the ponies were an added bonus. Sites are close together but we expected it as it is not billed as a wilderness or remote experience.
Dream acres was great, the outdoor shower was awesome. Although this is not a traditional campground because it’s on the hosts large property it was very nice. We were able to ride a short way up the road to KT which was perfect!
Dream Acres was all we expected it to be and more! We were only there for one night, but it was extremely convenient. Beautiful property, super clean bathrooms, great site (we stayed at site 6). Everything we needed was easy to find and communication was excellent. We will definitely be back!!
My stay at Dream Acres exceeded my expectations! The property is kept very tidy and clean and is so close to Kingdom Trails. The owners were a pleasure to interact with and communicated everything very clearly. Would definitely stay there again. The outdoor shower is such a nice added bonus.
Perfect fall weekend! Stayed in site 1 and loved the amount of space we had. We could interact with other campers or keep to ourselves. Very well maintained property. Close to many activities in the area (loved Mikes Tiki Bar and the Orange Rind for drinks and dinner). Would recommend to anyone and will stay again!
