My partner and our dog had an amazing time camping on coy mountain camp! The weather was perfect during the day; sunny with a perfect wind. The amenities were great; the cutest outhouse I have ever seen with a sink and enough room to change in! We were able to see a beautiful sunset and a full moon rise. Lake st Catherine is right down the road, so we were able to take a quick dip before dinner. We enjoyed a nice fire at our camp before going to sleep with the sun. Would highly recommend.

Tim and Kathleen were AMAZING hosts! They are such genuine, friendly, thoughtful, and kind people! My girlfriend and I went for our anniversary and they put out some flowers for us! So thoughtful and kind! I would recommend this to everyone! The views were amazing and the property is expansive, with great trails right near by. Oh… and the night sky? We could not believe the view. You really should stay here and see for yourself! Their animals are all friendly and nice:) the horses will run right up to you to say hi! Pay them whatever they want for this experience! You won’t regret it!
We stayed at Coy Mountain a second time and it was again magical! Kathleen and Tim are such perfect hosts. We were met with a dozen fresh eggs and a perfect fall afternoon. The new outhouse is beautiful! Thank you for a lovely night.

Such a peaceful place to relax and take in the scenery. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. We hope to come back again someday!
This place is really special. Extremely private and peaceful. The site sits on top of a large hill / small mountain so a bit of wind is likely to whip up. But the views are totally worth it. Its a 360 view like on top of a summit. We got so lucky with a full moon during our stay. Kathy and Tim were extremely accommodating. I was able to let my dog off leash for the first time in the wild, it was a perfect space for it.
Quiet, remote, and charming campsite in a gorgeous location with incredibly welcoming hosts. Could not recommend this spot enough!

Great spot!! Amazing views, great people! Thank you for having our crew- it was perfect for our group of 8 plus pups. You will feel like you are completely secluded but it’s only a short ( minutes) drive away from civilization and a nice lake to swim in.

Although weather cut our trip short we had a great stay at Coy Mountain Camp. We where greater with a dozen eggs and the campsite had amazing views and privacy.
Our stay at Coy Mountain Camp couldn’t have been better. Kathy and Tim were wonderful hosts who met us on the way in with a dozen farm fresh eggs from their chickens. And the spot! In the middle of a hilltop meadow, I’ve never been anywhere in VT with a better view of the night sky and with the nicest privy I’ve ever seen. We will definitely be back!
