Cheri had the most beautiful spot of land that was perfect for our gang of campers. We were 3 moms and kids ranging from 7-12. The little cottage cabins were a space to calm down and sleep but the out door space was perfect for romping and exploration. There is an outdoor kitchen and common area-- perfect for evening gathering. But we spent most night gathered around the amazing fire pit! The animals are friendly and Cheri was AMAZING!! Always there and gave us fantastic camping advice for Maine. + Free wifi and fire wood!!
Second time staying on Cheryle’s property-we love it here and are already looking forward to our next trip back!
Perfect site for the family. We were treated to some stunning scenery as the horses galloped into the sunset. Kids were really impressed by the bellowing sheep. Once night falls, the millions of stars that light up the sky made out this moment magical. We were able to use the kitchen pavilion including a gas oven for cooking. The host also allowed us to use the electrical outlet in the barn as a charging station for cell phones. We took advantage of the Kingdom Trail showers at the end of the ride. Everything was perfect for a stay in Burk area at a lower cost.
Cons : We had booked for the family: 2 adults + 2 children. Arrived on site, we noticed that the beds in place were foldable camp beds. The hammock effect did not allow 2 people to sleep well in the same bed. I should have booked 2 cabins.
Great place! Everything you need is there thanks!
Quiet, peaceful, and just what we needed! Thank you.

Glamping exemplified! No detail was missed like plenty of firewood, views, water on site, complete covered cooking area, clean outhouse or port a potty, access to charging station, comfy cabin with cots, battery lights around the site, extra camp fuel, a gas stove, bar stools, tables, etc., etc. Cheryl was super friendly and took care of any of out needs. Close to Kingdom trails for biking. We would absolutely recommend this lovely ranch for your next visit to Vermont.
I totally enjoyed my stay at Burke Line Farm campground. The area is beautiful and peaceful. The cabins are gorgeous. I was able to bring my horse and he had a nice pasture to roam in with shelter. Thank- you Cheryle for sharing a piece of your paradise with me!!!
Cheryl & Jeff have created an awesome space that is perfect for camping. Drive through their bucolic horse farm, down through the fields with amazing view of Burke Mountain, and into a perfectly proportioned camping area with small cabins that are nicely spaced and surrounding an awesome pavilion for cooking and eating. We are looking forward to our next stay.
