The Bus Stops Here
Fantastic host, Fantastic stay! Had a very relaxing stay here at The Bus. Carol was so nice and informative about some of activities going on in the area. Its only 6.5miles from a great little town with great food and exceptional coffee. The views are absolutely stunning. Can’t wait to stay here again.

The Bus
Staying on the bus at Carol’s place was just what I needed. I typically don’t stay on property where the owners are there, but it actually felt very private for most of the trip. I agree with other reviews to order one of everything! The Welcome Board was my favorite. And definitely check out the farm stand, I wish I bought more. I also really enjoyed the guide book, most vacation rentals don’t include them anymore. It was especially helpful when not having cell service. I watched a sunset from Barr Hill and visited Willey’s numerous times. I would also add Parker Pie to that list. Great pizza!

Car Campsite
Carol was one of the more hospitable people I’ve met, if you’re looking to camp in the northeast kingdom, I would highly recommend this campsite to you.

Car Campsite
Great
Carol is an amazing host. She greeted us the moment we arrived and showed us around. She is very warm and inviting. The food extras she provides are absolutely worth getting. We got both dinner and a lunch to go and they were exceptional. We chose the car camping site because we were just staying for one quick overnight. It is very close to the house but was comfortable and quiet. If I were staying for longer, I would definitely go for the other tent site or the bus. The bus is also close to the house but it’s site has a picnic table, comfortable chairs and a table for staring at the view.

The Bus
I loved my bus stay! I stayed at Carol’s place my 1st night in Vermont during a 12 day New England trip and I couldn’t have asked for a better intro to Vermont❤️ Although I arrived at night in the rain during a thunderstorm I was welcomed by Carol and her super comfy bus! I slept fabulously and enjoyed watching the lightening through all the windows. In the daylight the farm was cute w/ all the lil critters and I loved her market stand. Great for tasty souvenirs (she even had locally made dog treats:)). The only suggestion I’d make is a a lil river rock or a platform for the outdoor shower. A super unique and fun experience! Thanks to Carol & her son for the great stay and warm welcome!
