The field is adjacent to the Blueberry Hill Inn and Outdoor and in the heart of the Green Mountain National Forest and Moosalamoo Recreation Area. Great sunsets! We offer access to outdoor showers with hot and cold running water and toilets in the nearby Outdoor Center. There is an internet connection near the buildings but not necessarily at your site. You can drive your car to the site. There is privacy between the sites though occasionally there are other tents in the open field. You can forage for wood for a small fire or you can request 'bundles' (a small cartful) to be available upon arrival. Please do not bring your own wood. Access to many hiking/biking/running trails just outside your tent door. We are stewards of these trails and your camping fees help to support our work. Nearby swimming, kayaking, and canoeing available too. We provide trail maps upon arrival and you can also view them online from our webpage at Blueberry Hill Inn. Blueberry picking on-site in August. Don't want to cook? Packed lunches are available. Check out our website at Blueberry Hill Inn.
We have two designated spots with a picnic table and a small fire pit along the edge of an open field. (We have another site too in the adjacent field - called Bed in a Shed.) For more information on site offerings please see individual listings. If you have more than 6 people you can choose both of these sites. There is room at site two for additional tents!

Blueberry hill is a treasure
Blueberry Hill is a treasure that shouldn’t be missed! Great campsite, great facilities, great breakfast at the inn, and great views. Also, you can pick lots of blueberries (just remember to give them half so they can load up the pancakes :)
Enjoy! (We did!)
The campsite was so beautiful! We had great views of the mountains in the distance and of the night sky full of stars. During our stay, the sky was clear so we saw many shooting stars, a comet, and the Milky Way! The bathrooms were very clean and the outdoor showers were great, although a bit exposed between stalls. Very few people camping though, so not a big deal.
One of the best campsites in vt
Words can’t describe how awesome this campsite is! While there were other campers in the area, the distance from each other was enough so it felt like we were alone at times. The best part was seeing the sun set and the moon rise above the mountains. Indoor bathrooms and outdoor showers were super clean. Shari provided excellent communication before, during, and after our stay. Henry, the intern, was also really helpful and friendly. If there was something “negative” to say, it would maybe be the price of firewood since we saw many places offering a stack for $3-$6. The $12 per stack of firewood was still worth it though because it was dropped off at our site by the time we arrived and another time when we returned from a hiking trip. Seriously, this place it well worth it!
Camping with nature
I love camping on Shari’s land because of many reasons: the big open sky and beautiful surrounding hills for one reason. Than there are the hiking trails on the property situated in a beautiful forest. I return every year to these same trails in the winter season to ski. We also love the backroads around Shari’s property for biking and exploring the Moosalamoo and Green Mountain National Forest. Shari’s place is the perfect place to peacefully enjoy the splendor of nature in all the seasons (her BNB is wonderful for the winter season).
The campsite was perfect. We were close to the recreation facility for using water and the restroom! Everything from the end was amazing (The chocolate chip cookies)!
Rejuvenating stay 10/10!!!!
I loved my stay at blueberry hill, and I would definitely recommend these campsites!! They are very spaced out and well-maintained. The host Shari and her dog are delightful. The outdoor center/lodge and bathrooms are sparkling clean and shiny. Great value for a terrific site, only an hour from Burlington. There is also fast wifi at the lodge, but it doesn't reach to the campsite, so you can still unplug while being a little connected to home.
