Stay in style, exploring nature as you and your family camp "off the grid" in our beautiful, cozy and comfortable fifth wheel recreational vehicle!

Full of luxury from the master suit to the cool bunk house. The slide out living space has a spacious kitchen with a soft cushioned dining space and love seat sofa.

Relax on our family's off grid homestead acres, containing trails through our woods for hiking, cross country ski snow shoes, and more. Your site is only 1/4 mile from "The Rail Trail" used year round as recreational fun and part of the VAST system for snow mobiles.

During July and August the wild berries make a wonderful treat. Try your culinary skills over the campfire while the children play and explore nature. As night falls, a campfire with smores hosts a wonderful end to the days fun.  Afterwards, tuck the children in and listen to the night sounds under the stars!

In case of inclement weather, family games are stocked for hours of fun.  You can bring your own bedding and cooking supplies, or as an extra, leave it up to us.

Only ten minutes to restaurants, shops, zip line, biking, swimming, kayaking, fishing, ski, attractions and more! We are located, so close to the ski resorts and resort villages. Also, less than thirty minutes from the Canadian border!

Each site is provided a bundle of firewood for cooking and warmth (more available for an up charge).

Get back to basics and enjoy all that nature has to offer "Off the Grid" in a RV on the  Black Creek's Valley Homestead!

First, Dianne was the epitome of hospitality. She met us upon arrival and explained how everything worked, and even gave us local food recommendations. The camper was clean and perfect for the two of us. We got to play some board games that were provided and listen to the rain on the roof. I hope for some better weather next time, because the fire pit and view are exceptional. Waking up to bunnies hopping around was a great added perk! We will be back soon.

This is the place where you will wake up in the middle of nowhere looking at beautiful nature. We came to the RV late night, so the morning view was a total pleasant surprise! Bunnies running around, wildflowers blooming and view of the foliage.
RV was well stocked with cooking pots, pans, plates, utensils. Stove, microwave, fridge, toaster everything was there. Bedding was available and the place was super clean. There were 2 camping chairs outside and a fire pit. Hot water is available.
We didn’t get a chance to meet Dianne but she was very responsive to all my messages. Being closer to Smugglers Notch is another plus point. This was definitely a great stay!
