We have a great view of Stratton and Bromley ski mountain from our hot tub. The property is full of apple trees which attract deer to our property and we hope you will pick some apples!
If you are lucky, you’ll be able to see moose and bears...and for sure our lab Simon! We also have a brand new sauna by our pond.

If cozy & cute is your thing, this is where it's at. We saved this little structure and converted it from an old run-in shed for the horses to a beautiful little cabin and studio! It has an indoor and an outdoor shower, full bathroom, full kitchenette & wood burning stove that is out of this world! I sleep better in this little cabin than anywhere else on the farm!!! 3min to Magic Mountain! And just 90 feet to our beautiful hot tub & newly renovated cedar sauna!!!

Lovely! Beautiful! Cozy!
Amazing property and cabin, everything is clean and comfortable and we never felt like there should have been something else. This was our second time here and we’ll definitely be making it a regular stay
Very nice little cabin, very vintage yet comfy and warm. And hot tub with a view is a gem!

Our stay at the HorseRun-In was delightful! It was perfect for what we were looking for. The whole cabin had a lot of character and just an overall coziness! Will definitely recommend to a friend!
When we arrived we were met by Bens property manager Natalie who couldn’t of been more helpful, she got us AC and truly couldn’t of been more welcoming. We were fortunate enough to be let into the cabin because I never heard back from Ben or Loana until the night before we left, if the code for the lock box wasn’t on the inside of the door we wouldn’t of been able to lockup. The property was beautiful but when looking at the pictures online it appears there’s a good amount of space between the cabin and other cabins. There wasn’t but this also wasn’t a huge issue the people next to us was nice and quiet. We were also a little disappointed that we weren’t able to contact the owners to ask them where we should dump the coals from the grill so unfortunately we never got to grill. We did build a fire in the fire pit and somewhat were able to grill. For those planning on unwinding and disconnecting this is great. I would recommend bringing dvds and pillows. The pillows were down feather and extremely flat.

The grounds were beautiful and quiet. Run In and the Cabin are closer to each other than I would have thought, but we were the only ones here so it didn’t matter. The run in was very cozy and the decorations are very detailed. You can tell Loana and Ben put a lot of effort into the design. We loved it here!
