I loved camping on Bills land!! The views were truly breathtaking! Great place to stay with plenty of room.
Awesome location with plenty of room to find the perfect view and not have neighbors. We didn't see the host. Be advised the access roads may be unusable by low clearance vehicles and probably most vehicles when wet. We had a great time tent camping and will definitely be back.
Great views, loud neighbors, snakes
Unbelievable views! Can be a little overwhelming when you enter because there are a lot of spaces to choose from. I went during the summer, so it was very warm and there was only one other site occupied on the entire property, which made it feel very private.
Unfortunately, this one other site was incredibly loud and played club music and would yell constantly until 1am. Even though we chose a site far away from them, the sound still carried throughout the property.
We brought our dog with us and he enjoyed roaming the site off leash. We left pretty early the next morning because the weather started to become very warm and we found a snake right next to our tent, which concerned us for our dog. This is no fault of the property owners since we traveled here during the summer.
The best part though was sitting by the fire and enjoying the views of Zion and the unbelievable night sky!
Such amazing views!! Truly a beautiful sunrise. The sites have lots of space and are spread out nicely. DEFINITELY listen to Bill about waiting when it rains!! We waited an hour after a storm to go up the dirt road and even in a 4Runner it was a little tough with all the mud. Could easily have gotten stuck if we didn’t wait. Only thing to note is there aren’t any picnic tables or anything so make sure you have enough chairs and tables if you’re planning on setting up there for a couple days!

We never made it. I messaged Bill numerous times for help and advice about the steep road with no response. If there’s any chance of rain during your stay, don’t bother making your way to this spot.
