Join us in Cane Beds, AZ where you can chill in the desert with fellow adventure lovers and nomads. Head to Zion through the secret locals cut through. (40 mins to Springdale and epic views). We offer one of the coolest, safest, cleanest and most popular boutique campgrounds in the region. LGBTQ, BIPOC, Woman and family friendly! YES, We are dog friendly. PLEASE ADD YOUR 4 LEGGED FRIEND ON TO RESERVATION. We charge a $15 fee for doggies. This helps us clean up the campsite from dog wear and tear (hole digging, peeing on things, picking up doo doo, washing linens, etc). We are woman owned and woman friendly and offer a safe space to gather with amazing folks! We have fun spaces for kids to play in too. Please monitor kids if they are on the climbing wall. NO KIDS ON THE ROOF OF THE PLAY AREA past the climbing walll!! They are climbing at their own risk. Also note there are nails and cactus and things around the property that could harm a child if not paying attention. Please ask your kids and wear proper footwear at all times. We offer 3 water and power hook ups that are ideal for vans or small trailers. WE DO NOT HAVE A SEPTIC DUMP on site but one close by that is free at Bee's market. We have shade structures, a BBQ area, a propane firepit (no wood fires in summer please! too dry). Great restaurant and food options nearby. No need to bring anything. Grocery store down the street with everything. Fresh local veggies, fruits, eggs and more in season. Saturday market seasonally also nearby. We have a hot tub!!!! $5 per use per person. MUST RESERVE THERE IS A BOARD AT THE TUB TO WRITE NAME ON. 30 minutes please so that others have a chance to tub too! Propane is a $5 per use additional fee daily if you want to use the gas firepit or the BBQ. Hot tub is $5 per person per use. We purchased the property from a family down the road and they have helped us develop out the piece we have. Currently we park a trailer on it that we rent out, plus we have 1 glamp tent, 1 little cabin, 1 camping platform and a few areas for tents and vanlifers to pull up! We have a group site with it's own kitchen/BBQ area. There's a bath house with 2 flushing toilets an outhouse and an outdoor heated shower. We also have a great outdoor kitchen with everything you need to cook a great meal! Stove, pots and pans, dishes, etc! LOCATION is close to everything! Bee's Market 5 minutes Edge of the World Brewery and Pizza 7 minutes Sweet Safe Coffee 7 minutes Blue Agave Mexican 7 minutes Hurricane and La Verkin 25 minutes Springdale 45 mins (find info to the secret cut through on our website. This route will not appear on GOOGLE! Locals way). Zion 45 minutes Grand Canyon 2 hours Bryce 1:45 Coral Pink Sand Dunes 20 mins Kanab 35 minutes Basically you get the quiet and dark skies at night, which are perfect for camping, but creature comforts of a bathroom, outdoor shower, Wifi, firepits and BBQ. We have cool art, horseshoe put, an outdoor kitchen with stove and all the cooking utensils and pots and accessories you need! Hot water is really hot! We have 2 kitchens!! Land Beyond Zion is available for group rentals and great if you are trying to plan a camp out with numerous people, but struggling to find a campground that will accommodate. We are not an RV park but can accommodate some smaller rigs, so reach out to us if you are interested in staying. We have room for a skoolie if it's the right size! Up to 24-26 feet vans and skoolies. Inquire if your rig is bigger. DOG OWNERS THIS IS IMPORTANT!!! If you have a dog we ask that you please keep it leashed and near you at all times. If there are other dogs on the property you will need to leash up dogs. Also, please walk the property and pick up poop!!! We ask for a fee for dogs. This can be found in EXTRAS or pay on site. Please respect that we increase prices for more people in your group as this has impact on our space. We allow 2 per site and then additional fee for up to 2 more people. We only have so many showers, bathrooms and space for all and we like to not get super crowded. Children are the exception, but please let us know how many folks are in your group when you reserve. Magical

Shanti’s property is magical. Absolutely magical. She has created a special place for everyone from all over to come and enjoy the area. I was met with open arms. It was honestly hard for me to leave. I wanted to stay forever. The property was immaculate and had everything I could ever need. The nook was so comfortable and cozy. I slept like a rock. I will be returning, and next time, I’ll be bringing all my loved ones, so they can experience the magic too.

Outback desert view 4

Great site with clean toilets and outdoor shower, available kitchen, wifi and common areas for fire pit and eating or lounging. Good camping spot for both Springdale and the east Zion areas. Shanti is great and very responsive to questions.

This place is awesome overall. Good place to camp/shower/cooking. Such a good vibe. Dog Friendly. Our host Shanti is very accomodating, helpful, very knowledgeable about the surrounding area like Zion, Mountain Biking, and lots of other places. This place is highly recommended. I’m already planning of coming back with my friends.

Glamp Tent w/ heated bed!

The heated bed and jacuzzi were the highlights of my one night stay, because it was cold and snowed. They had the little fireplace heater and bed on for me when I arrived. The room was comfortable, the toilet rooms and shower were clean.

Mountain View 6 (No Hookups)

Very cute and friendly.

Very pretty location. The site says “Mountain View” but the view is blocked with a big dirt hill and isn’t what’s shown in the photos which is our only complaint. The sunset was still amazing though. Everyone was very friendly.
