Good clean drinking water from the well. Was able to fill the tank on my RV for our 3 night stay. Cindy was great- available but left us to ourselves which is just what we like. We were able to drive our OHV right from her property about 3 miles to an access point to the Arapeen Trail. Lots of sheep next to the property so if farm sounds don’t work for you, ask to be on the East side away from them.

Although We only stayed one night out of the week, the natural surroundings of low vegetation, cool nights, and they had great celebration hall to sit around a fireplace a reflect or play table tennis or pool. The bathrooms were immaculate well maintained. The site was easy to find and get to. 🙏 Thank you Cindy,I hope to visit you again.

Respectfully Yours,

This is a great off the beaten path ranch. Wind Walker is a spacious, there is access to a bathroom and shower. The lodge also offered a quick game of billiards. We had fun! We heard sheep, lambs and their sheep dogs too. There are lots of spaces to wander and sacred things to see. I think it looks like a great place for a music festival!!!
Cindy was kind and chatted with us a bit. We felt at home on their property. Thank you for the hospitality!

Cindy and Bob's property is vast, varied, and far better in person than we expected, honestly. We chose a shady spot on site 5, just around the corner from the amazing/HUGE fire pit, and woke to the sound of 1,000 or so sheep each morning, which is much more pleasant than it may sound, trust me.

Cindy and Bob are super thoughtful/kind hosts and their eager dog, Kibo, and I instantly bonded over many long frisbee tosses. Dude's an athlete! Clubhouse has a clean bathroom and strong wifi, too, so you can 'rough it' and still have creature comforts nearby. 5-Stars, easy!

This was a pretty good campsite. However, the add was deceptive as it listed pictures of a lodge that I took into account when booking given the price. Turns out all the lodge facilities were off limits due to other occupants and the price was not reduced or partially refunded. Nice host just pricey for the limitations in my opinion.
