Fantastic! The dogs and cats were so fun. Birds were wonderful. Our tent was cozy and spacious. Lovely little nursery with native plants for sale. Carrie Ann is a fabulous host!

Really wonderful little spot! Like camping but without all the work and much more comfortable! I brought my own wood/starter/fire for a campfire and roasted dinner and marshmallows while the sun was setting. All the birds visiting and calling, in a rural setting (yet close to I-70) was delightful. Bathroom is very nice; well stocked with a nice big shower. I brought earplugs which I'd recommend if you aren't someone who can tune out distant noises. Would absolutely stay here again!

I really enjoyed my time in the tent. Ive been traveling rough for a while and needed a solid safe place to land for a few days. The spot was private and felt safe. As an equipped camper it was very cozy, and the property is beautiful. The hot springs nearby, the wonderful hot shower/restroom access for the majority of the time, and the surround sound of birds, wind, nature, even laughter, made for a very rejuvenating and healing time.
Thank you :)

This place was perfect! A cute and warm glamping tent with access to a bathroom/shower! We had some trouble while driving around and the owner's son was very kind and helped us out. We also got to meet their dogs and a cat, so sweet, when they were out. 100% recommend staying here anytime! They are very understanding and gracious hosts!

Perfect spot to stay halfway on our trip from Boulder to Tahoe. The tent had an electric blanket and gas heater which kept us warm even with winter temperatures outside (we actually got too hot at one point and needed to turn off the heater). We were also greeted by the friendliest dog when we arrived — would definitely stay again.
