We are a small isolated property, perfect for social distancing. We are a co-op farm and gardening learning space practicing sustainability through native plant, farm to table, and prioritizing local products and services. Our space is evolving to use renewable power and recyclable resources, and sustain a year-round garden learning environment for our guests. There are beautiful views of the gardens and mountain landscapes.We are located smack dab in the middle of Utah! Most guests use our site as a hub to check out multiple national parks and/or the world renowned Paiute ATV trail. We are pet friendly and have four dogs, a cat and two pigs on property, all of which are extremely friendly to humans and animals alike. Our property is very easy to get in and out. Heated in the winter, lovely nights from spring to fall.

Sunrise Glamp Tent

It was my first time using Hip camp. Kiefer was a great communicator, responded to request/questions right away. So that gave me a great feeling going in. This was a great location, great site, very nice, clean space in and out. The shared bathroom/shower was cleaned every evening.

Cozy glamping

This was a great spot to land! Keifer had very clear instructions and the tent was cozy (bed very comfy though it is on the floor as a heads up). The bathrooms/sink to wash dishes was a little walk (not long, just not right next to where you are sleeping) and they were very nice! We loved the fire pit area near the gardens. A couple things to note: this was a great spot if you like more privacy and cozy quarters. There are four other tents that are a little bigger with beds off the ground that are all right next to each other near the bathroom (these also I believe all have a picnic table, ours had a smaller table) so if you are looking for more space and closer proximity to the bathrooms you may want one of those. Overall we definitely recommend!

The tent was fantastic. It was super comfortable. Don’t forget to order some wood and enjoy a fire and look up at the gazillion stars! We will return. PS. The shower in the silo is super cool!

Sunrise Glamp Tent

Great location and very relaxing! They provide great service for your money. The tent was nice with plenty of blankets. The silo building bathrooms was very nice. They have plenty of farm animals to watch roaming the property. Three very friendly dogs, a pig and some chickens. I had my three dogs with me and my wife. Two of my dogs are bird dogs so it was near disaster with the chickens around. Absolutely would stay again.

Sunrise Glamp Tent

Awesome glamping experience. Was nice to sleep on an actual bed w/ a nice play to shower. Stayed here as a relaxing spot on our way back to CA from camping in CO. The hosts were very friendly and put a lot of detail into this spot. Would stay here again and recommend to a friend.
