Bus with a view

Enjoy beautiful views of the La Sals and the Green River Book Cliffs.. You'll have plenty of space to spread out, play games, enjoy a fire, hang out with your friends, dogs, or just yourself. You can expect a quiet evening under the stars, away from noise and light pollution. Far away from the highway and the busy tourist locations.

The bus is 28 feet and has running sink/drinking water, propane oven / stove combo, mini fridge, plenty of solar power, queen bed, a big oversized comfy chair and 2 outside camp chairs. You are welcome to use any spices, oil, and condiments left on board.

I do not supply bedding so please bring your own. Clean up after yourself (sweep, clean up crumps, wipe counters), and your pets. Take your trash with you. I do not have a cleaning fee, due to having to do minimal work between guests.

There is a pit toilet for use just a short walk from the bus. Absolutely no surface shitting. Always use the pit toilet.

Fyi, this is my home, so many of my belongings are still on the bus, although I have most of my things stored away so there is plenty of room for you. Feel free to borrow books, games, containers, leashes, as long as you make sure to put them away before your departure.

You can enjoy the sparce bits of flowers and cacti on and near the property. Please stick to the roads when driving and do not trample any plants.

The clay two-track road is in mediocre condition. My ford escape, mini vans, a prius, the bus, and other vehicles have made it here with no issues.

Must cancel if heavy rain is in the forecast. Sprinkling is ok.
