Beautiful 2.5 acre property in the valley of Parowan, UT. Mountainous views and quiet neighborhood. Only 5 minutes from the parowan gap, 25 minutes from Brian Head, just over an hour to Bryce Valley National Park, and just over an hour to Zion National Park!
Water and Electrical hook ups along with wifi and access to a fire pit in the backyard.
No Dumping on the property! Only 5 miles from the TA truck stop with a dump station.Set up camp in our beautiful parowan valley haven! This site is right next to our house in the parowan valley, only 25 minutes from Brian head, a little over 40 minutes from Duck creek, just over an hour from Bryce valley, Zion national park and panguitch lake! There is beautiful hikes, great fishing, snowboarding, white water rafting, river tubing, snowmobiling, and great trails for dirt bikes, atvs and razors!
While staying on our property you will have access to wifi, electrical, water, and our backyard campfire and hammocks. Everything else is not apart of the rental site.
Due to us having a septic tank you will not be able to dump, but 5 miles down the road there’s a TA truck stop with a dump station.
We allow quads, dirt bikes and any off road toys to be on the property while you’re staying here, and from our rentable site you can take off onto numerous trails leading you all over the valley and up the mountain.
Pets will need to be leashed or connected to the chain hook while on the property.
