For outdoor recreation we are 5 minutes from Three Peaks Recreation area with hiking, climbing, biking, frisbee golf and more. We are also less than an hour from Brian Head Skiing, Cedar Breaks, and Zion National Park. The property includes a 3/4 basketball court, baseball field, horseshoe pit, and trampoline. When you arrive look for the driveway right before two mailboxes. This is your entrance point.Full hookups water/ sewer/ and 50 amp electric. Covered trailer/RV/ van parking available. The property includes a 3/4 basketball court, baseball field, horseshoe pit, and trampoline. Steep discount if you just need a place to park overnight and don't require hookups or use of amenities.

Great time

Great spot. Multiple areas to set up. About a 30m drive to Brian Head for skiing. Close to downtown Cedar City. Safe. Def will come back to mountain bike and hike in the summer.

Josh and his family were so welcoming to us! We were in Cedar City for a baseball tournament and Josh’s place was everything we needed. We will definitely plan to stay there again!

Our spot was covered and very nice. Water sewer power very close. They were accommodating and I suspect you could play on the ball diamond or basketball court. Nice quiet area. I would recommend
