I acquired this property for my 10 years goal while I'm in college. The community of Beryl has one school, Escalante Valley Elementary, and it is part of the Iron County School District. Originally established as a Union Pacific Railroad siding, Beryl was named in 1901 after the semi-precious stone beryl found in the area.

An inexpensive destination to park your RV, 5th Wheel, Van or any toy or simply just camp overnight then head on to your destination the next day. Its an open land with a view of sorounding mauntain. I have no water and hook up so it's just a place to stay for the night or if you are used to dry camping this is the place for you for inexpensive night stay. Half to an hour from National, State Parks and Lake. Visit the College and Festival town of Cedar City. Hiking and ATVeing the open and beautiful dessert land of UT. Ski in the winter and mountain biking in the summer at Brian Head Ski Resort. Explore the beautiful Zion National Parks in Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter. The possibilities are endless.
