My property is 40 acres diagonally spanning three foothills and two sloped ravines between. campsites 2 through 5 serve to mark the corners of the property. This is dispersed camping, there are no actual designated sites. Setting up camp on site 1, on the center hill is ideal and will give you a clear view of the valley all the way to the Great Salt Lake as well as sunrise and sunset from mountain to mountain. In time there will be a stand and fire pit set up here but for now it is barren land. Please understand, this is set back off an off-road trail. You will need some ground clearance with good entry/ exit angles on your vehicle and possibly 4wd to comfortably drive all the way onto the property. You will be able to pull off the trail and walk in if you desire as well.

Rural and remote. My Subaru Impreza was able to make it, but needed to drive extremely slow. I really recommend a larger vehicle.

If you love remote, and not seeing a human, this is the place. I had a heck of a time finding it, and probably should have called. Eventually I figured it out, the pin provided really helped. I would camp here again.

We anticipated an off road campsite, however it was more than off road, with directs being very vague, rock covered trails were very difficult for my jeep. We ended up turning around and never made it to site.

How can I add more detail to the directions and map to make it easier to find? Sorry it didn't work out for you. It is as described, I am being a intentional as I can about describing the need for good entry and exit angles to drive to it.

Great directions, amazing views. This was a great remote camp spot that was still close to SLC. Go enjoy some peace and quiet.
