We are situated very close to the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon. There is easy access to hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, fishing and all kinds of other outdoor activities. I'll be happy to point you in the direction of any and all of these activities, I've been living here for 15 years and my wife her whole life.
Groceries and restaurants are less than a mile away.
Downtown Salt Lake City is only about 20 minutes away as well.
