NOTE: Site 4 is a newly added site and does NOT require crossing the creek. Of which, makes it easier to access with low clearance vehicles and campervans. It is very private and right on the creek. Due to the location, it is a bit further from the bathroom than the tent sites. It is, however, much closer to the shower and cooking area.

The intention of campsite placement is to maximize experience. It provides a sense of camping remotely, similar to a backpacking trip. It is also intended to provide the best shade during the summer months and soothing sounds from the creek. We have built a new crossing for the creek and direct access to the tent sites are available for most vehicles. If you do not have a suitable vehicle, a wagon and foot bridge are available and only requires a short walk. A bathroom has been installed very near the tent sites and no longer requires crossing the creek. Indoor hot showers available and included with your stay. Cooking area has full sized stove and grill. Propane is included. This is especially recommended if your stay is only overnight.

Sites 2 and 3 are the only ones that can accomodate a campervan. Site 1 does not have enough level space. With that said, it is recommended to book one of our RV sites. The only difference being you do not have to cross the creek.  Longer vans may struggle with a couple of the turns. 4wd vans should have no issues getting back there however. One turn gets into soft sand if you have to go wide.

During winter season (December - March) weather can present issues to safety and site access. We have 53 acres, so space is not an issue. We will always have a place, but there may be some modifications to consider as it gets closer to your arrival date.

All sites on our property are creek side and provide afternoon shade. Lush vegetation straddles a year around flowing creek.  Our campsites are widely spaced to maximize privacy. We have 53 acres and only 3 tent sites! Foot bridge provides close access to the bathroom & shower. Multiple trails leave right from our property that lead to sweeping views, a tunnel and desert solitude.

A tip for camping in the desert fall and winter, expect perfect days and cool crisp nights. Fires are allowed and wood can be sourced nearby.

Entrance to Zion National Park in Springdale is a 20 minute drive. We are located off Kolob Terrace Road that heads up to the higher and cooler elevations of Zion. Access off Kolob Terrace Road includes West Rim Trail, Lava Point Overlook, Wildcat Canyon Trail, Kolob Reservoir & a ton more.

This is such a great place to camp while visiting Zion! The setting of the property itself is spectacular, and the location right on the creek is so great in the middle of the desert landscape. Being able to soak tired feet in the creek after a long day of hiking is just the best. The camp sites are all nice and spacious. We actually ended up camping at Site 3 and Site 1 (tent camping sites) and both were private and lovely. They have sturdy new picnic tables and fire pits, and the porta potty was close but not too close!

Matt told us we were the first to stay at the new yurt site. It was epic and we highly recommend it!! You can tell he really put a lot of effort into it. Down to the smallest touches - the hanging lights, the plants and flowers by the hot tub, the sandy areas within the site, and the privacy! Even the shrubs and trees surrounding the site gave it a cozy feel.

Such a great spot! We loved that we had some privacy. The shower and garden is super cute. Our favorite part was driving over the creek to get to tent site 2! Would highly recommend. And my dog loved it as well!

Beautiful place to camp, right next to a pretty little creek. Clean porter potty’s, that also smelled good. The shower was a nice touch after a long day out in the sun!

We really loved the calm atmosphere, Matt was very nice when we greeted us when we arrived, it was super quiet, we loved being by the creek and having to drive through it to get to our campground! Cleanest portable restroom we’ve encountered. It was about a 20-25 mins drive to the entrance of Zion. Beautiful stars as well. Thanks for having us!

The campsite was great, facilities were clean, shower was an added bonus, very eco friendly. Secluded from other campers. Cute little stream next to camp. Matt was very responsive to questions. The only downside was how hot it was and the lack of shade but that is not controllable. (Trip was in May)
