Love starry hollow!
My friend and I had a blast hanging out at Starry Hollow Ranch! The campsite was peaceful and in the shade. We also enjoyed seeing all the alpacas, dogs and goats! We got to hold the baby goats too 🥰 Genny and her husband were so sweet and welcoming!
A farm wonderland
My friend and I stayed here for a night and got a great tour of the farm. We even got to see baby alpacas and hold the baby goats :) So cute! Genny and her husband were so sweet and we had a great night!
Wonderful experience, will return.
This place was awesome! Genny was not there the day we visited bit Shayne was very welcoming and showed us all around the property. He was quite knowledgeable and passionate about helping all the animals. We definitely want to return and visit all the animals and the people.
Safe and fun + beautifu animals
Genny was AMAZING. We were greeted upon arrival and welcomed like a good friend would be. We got a private tour around the farm (for free) and learned about their non-profit rescue farm. We even got to take some fresh eggs (that were delicious) home with us. I HIGHLY recommend this camp. It was simple but well taken care of and a wonderful, safe place.
Can’t wait to return!
I cannot wait to return to Starry Hollow Ranch! The hosts are amazing, the location is beautiful and the work they are doing is fantastic. I woke up to the alpenglow on the mountain side, got to love on goats and learn all about the animals! Genny was such a delight, gracious and informative!
Very special place
This was an amazing experience. We were tent camping and had an awesome, quiet, private area to camp in. We walked up to see the alpacas and goats and it was a really cool atmosphere, got to meet others. There was a brand new premature baby alpaca and everyone was gathered around the pen watching and send good vibes to help the baby survive. Very special place.
Looking for quiet time? just book.
Wow, what an amazing place to camp! Genny was a wonderful host and I can't recommend this listing enough. I setup in a clearing that was surrounded by juniper trees for a very peaceful stay. The night sky was breathtaking and her farm is full of sweet little animals to enjoy watching! There is plenty of hiking trails nearby, but I chose to stick close because I enjoyed hanging out with Genny and her animals. Thanks again for the amazing memory!
Breath taking views, great ppl
This was such a charming place to get away! We loved seeing the alpacas roaming free with the goats and hearing the rooster crow in the morning. Genny was an amazing host and we loved hearing the story of how the Alpaca Rescue Farm came to be what it is today. It was also awesome to hear all of the plans that they have in the works to make your stay even better! We will definitely stay here again and look forward to seeing the progress. Thanks again!
Lovely stay at the farm
I can't say enough about how much fun we had staying at Genny's Alpaca Rescue Farm. We put up our tent in a small clearing they had made in the trees, and had a lot of privacy. Genny was so welcoming. She gave us a great tour of the farm and we got to meet the horses, alpacas, chickens, and goats. We had two nine year olds and a two year old with us, and they had a blast interacting with the animals and exploring through the trees. We will definitely be going back.
