Learn more about this land: This is 10 acres of mostly Pinon trees. We have a view of grandaddy mountain in the Uintah and the luxury of being in a gated community where you can expect serenity and top notch star gazing. We have two bell tents, one 5m one 6m round as well as a trailer and space for your van or rv. We are also about 30 minutes from two lakes. One of our favorite things to do however is hiking the backcountry. It's a beautiful area made for explorers and people just wanting to get away.

Campfire Base Camp
This was a great little get away. The tent was very comfortable and there was a BBQ grill, camp stove, and utensils supplied. There was a hot shower, compost toilet, a hammock, and a lot of land to explore. We stayed here as a resting point while we spend a day exploring Dinosaur National Monument. Christian is just starting to fix up his land and has another yurt location in the works. Will likely stay here again. Make sure your vehicle can handle a rough road, doesn't need 4 wheel drive, but it wouldn't hurt...oh and use Christians directions, Google maps has roads that don't exist...

Christian’s place is great! The tent was super spacious and comfortable, and the solar string lights outside were so nice at night! Everything was clean, and there were a lot of nice touches we didn’t realize would be there, like some running water for washing your hands and some cookware. It’s also pretty close to strawberry reservoir, so we had a lot of options for nearby hikes with our dog. I’d definitely stay here again!

Family camp trip
We spent 3 nights on Christian’s land and it was perfect for us! We had our 7 month old grandson along and the tent in basecamp had lots of room for him and our son and daughter-in-law and a front deck as well for us to enjoy. The campfire area was excellent and the shower was also wonderful! Everything was set up so well. Easy to cook, eat and even play cards under the solar lights.

Beautiful and secluded!
Beautiful and secluded campsite! Lots of amenities and peace & quiet. A little tricky to find but Christian was very responsive and helpful. Don’t follow google maps :) follow his personal directions

I absolutely loved this campground and would highly recommend. It was a little difficult to find, but we were provided a hand drawn map and once we matched that up with the generic map on google maps, we found it easily! It was secluded, had tons of amazing amenities, and was perfect for 6 of us and 4 dogs! With that large of a group, we did bring one extra tent

Campfire Ranch
It was a nice and secluded camp spot. It was away from people and busy roads, we only encountered a side by side or two. All the photos on the website were right on.
