I loved staying in this adorable little cabin with mountain views! The facilities were spotless and the cabin was immaculate. I loved waking up to the well kept gardens in the RV Park and was sad to leave after such a short visit. We had a great breakfast right across the street at Boots Cafe. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend this place.
Misty moonlight & romantic sunrises
Canvas in the Canyon is a romantic gesture under perfect conditions in the summer. As to be expected the nights are stunning, highway traffic is not that disturbing as other reviewers stated. However, daytime activities are impossible due to 100+ temperatures including 100+ degree shower water and no electricity for fans. Again, the misty sprinklers make the night tolerable and add to the ambience.
A good and afforable stay
Cabin is good for a short stay and bed was very comfortable.
Comparable to the ones at Koa.
No cooking facilities inside or bathrooms inside so if that is okay with you,a good choice.
Restaurant next door a positive.Camp host very help full and friendly.
Clean, cool, and collected.
This is a wonderful place to stay at! The campground was clean and organized in a way that made finding your spot super easy. Checking in was a breeze and our cabin was clean and cool (thanks for the AC!) upon our arrival. Shower and bathroom facilities were also clean and well maintained. Definitely will be booking here again if I ever find myself traveling to the Escalante area in the future.
Cozy campground with a view
Canyons of Escalante was an absolutely adorable campground. We had such a great time. Our cabin and shared bathrooms were veryyyyy clean. I can not recommend this campground enough.
