We stayed for one night with a tent. Nick and Teresa were very helpful prior to our trip and were quick to respond to our messages. The location is beautiful, right along a river. The top area is very spacious and gave us lots of area to run around with our dog. The outhouse was clean and well kept. We parked our car at the top but there is a short path that leads down to another area where we set up our tent. Both the top and bottom areas are really pretty, there is potable water and access to the river from the bottom area. One thing to note is this location is very very close to a busy road. The noise from the cars was noticeable through out the day and can see cars passing from the location. At night this was not an issue especially since we set up our tent farther down the path and it quieted down enough to sleep. This is a perfect spot for rv camping but it was quite noisy and not very secluded when tent camping.

The views were stunning!! Get the views of the Natural Bridge but at your own campsite. Loved the fact it was secluded and we got the whole site to ourselves. We had bad weather for most of our trip but were still able to enjoy the campsite and the overlook trail to see the mountains. It was breath taking. The deck is also great even with the rain we sat out there and enjoyed it. If we didn’t have bad weather we would’ve set the tent up on there as well.

Only thing that I found to be a bummer was that there’s two waterfall trails that were there and they seemed to be overgrown and we had some trouble following them. Those trails sounded really cool as well!

We’ll definitely be coming back here in the future hopefully with some better weather! 😊
