The host is really responsive and this lot is close to the beach (Rialto beach is incredible), but if you have dogs or want privacy, this isn't a great spot. It's just an empty lot in a neighborhood. Many of the neighbors have dogs, which were barking at our dogs, which got our dogs barking... Not too fun!
