We absolutely loved it at D & D’s Camp! Josh and Amber both made us feel right at home. They responded fairly quickly to messages, greeted us in person when we arrived, and even loaned us a small portable heater because the weather was a lot colder than we silly Floridians expected. Very spacious kitchen with gas stove, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, and table and chairs was a bonus! The bathroom was clean and well stocked and the water was nice and hot. There was so much to do and explore. If you like hiking you’ll love it. We pitched our tent right beside the water. It was the perfect location. This would be the ideal place to hold large retreats or gatherings. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to visit again!

This was my family’s first time camping together and it was unforgettable. Dana quickly responded to text messages and was very welcoming and helpful. She supplied us with firewood for a small fee, allowed us to use her electricity, and even stocked the shower with fresh, clean towels. It was really nice to have a bathroom within close proximity to our campsite. The sunrises were GORGEOUS over the lake. We are looking forward to our next visit!
