This is such a great campsite, I really can’t say enough good things about it. Stephen’s property is beautiful and the site is the perfect mix of secluded and easy to reach. I was able to drive up no problem (2wd economy car) and yet it still feels quiet and tucked into the woods. There’s a gorgeous mix of trees and other flora and the site is a good balance of open and sheltered with enough rocks and landscaping for a nicely sheltered tent area but also plenty of trees and some open space as well allowing for sunlight to pour in in the morning. Easy access to clean water down the hill as well. This really is a perfect campsite and Stephen is a wonderful host and a joy to chat with.
Little Birds Farm - Rolling Forest
in Little Birds Farm, New YorkEnchanted forest
This is a well situated, comfortable, secluded camp site on a really unique piece of land. It’s got beautiful topography and a surprising number of evergreens for this part of New York. The area is very moist, so you get beautiful mist in the morning and trees covered in lichens. It feels like a forest that you’d find further north, in Vermont or the Adirondacks, and you’d be hard pressed to find a nicer place to camp this close to NYC. On top of that, Jeremy is a wonderful host and a pleasure to interact with. Highly recommend both this site and Jeremy’s other site as well.

in Traquility Acres, New YorkA perfect camping experience
First, Pamela's property is huge and absolutely gorgeous - I've spent a lot of time exploring the northeast and you'd be hard pressed to find a nicer piece of land this close to NYC. It offers natural beauty (ferns abound, multiple bodies of water, mature trees, lovely topography), seclusion and quiet (no road noise at our site). Pamela is also an amazing host - when you book, tell her what you're looking for and if she has a campsite on her property that fits the bill (likely) she'll set you up there. She also came by to check on us and was super responsive when we had a mechanical issue with our car. Couldn't ask for more - highly, highly recommend and I'll definitely be booking again soon.

Little Birds Farm Campsite - Brook
in Little Birds Farm, New YorkSublime...
I could ramble for quite some time about how lovely this campsite is, but I'll keep it brief. It's quiet, secluded and absolutely gorgeous. You couldn't ask for a nicer setting - stream side in a lush, mature stand of gorgeous evergreens. The site is well kept and Jeremy and his family are wonderful hosts. Highly recommend!
