Ok, it's not really a "ranch". But Ranch sounds cool!
I was tired of spending a fortune on "glamping" cabins and teepees for my kids at all these KOA's so we built our own campground here at Cedar Ranches (Just outside of Kingman).
This is 10 acres of fun. I fenced in just over 1 acres on the peak so that our kids could run around and be free safely. Outside of the gate, I spent many hours (with a rake and shovel) making walking trails around the property. The wife says if you walk the loop 2.5 times, it is a mile for all you exercise people...
Walk to the north for 30 minutes on the dirt road, and you come to an Ostrich farm. Always fun for the kids, and adults.
Since you can't have access to my trailers, my shed or my water, basically you just have access to the land, and whatever you bring to it. If you have an RV, you CAN use my dump station.
Right as you exit the freeway, you have access to a huge truck stop with all sorts of supplies you may want/need. Also, there is an RV park as well. Propane, etc available.
Learn more about this land:
10+ acres all to yourself with both desert and mountainous landscape. Gorgeous 360 degree views with Mt Hualapai in the distance.
Hiking trails throughout the 10 acres. Perfect for off road vehicle with miles and miles of dirt road adventures.
1.5 hours from the Grand Canyon Skywalk.
30 minutes from the heart of Kingman.
This is our own private campground that we use often.
(We have our 40ft 5th wheel and a 20 ft travel trailer on the property. As well as a shed and water tank that is not part of this deal).
Although I did install a septic system, so you can certainly use our dump station to dump as needed. Other than that, you are on your own...
Lots of exploring to be done.
