My parents bought this land back in the late 1960's. We lived in an old farmhouse that burnt in a fire. We grew up in the ranch styled house at 217 Proctor Rd and farmed the land now at 55 Swamp Grass Ln and 212 Proctor Rd. It is my hope to honor this land as my dad has since passed and I want to continue his legacy. Sharing this property will do that as well as supplement our income, keeping our land as undeveloped as possible.
