James was on top of communication from start to finish. He made sure we new exactly how to get there, what the best highlights of the area to see and even helped us level our coach. We had the best view in the park. The area is rather depressed looking but we had no problems with that. James keeps an eye on things all the time and we highly recommend their hospitality. A super value compared to all the other RV places in the area. We loved it out by the La Sal mountains.
