This is a three acre wooded lot located on a private dirt road. My family owns a 20 acre farm adjacent to this property. You might be able to hear the cows and the sheep from time to time. There is a public access to Edgartown Great Pond next to the property. It's about a half mile to get to the pond. It is a 5 minute drive to south beach and downtown Edgartown. A bus stop is a mile away. Parking is on site.

Lotus Belle 16' wide brand-new canvas tent in the woods, located on a farm. Very private, about 75' from a lightly used dirt road. Hot water outdoor shower and sink (sink is inside tent), basic kitchen ware, porta-potty, two twin (trundle) beds, compact fridge/freezer, and cook top. Firewood and fire pit included.
