Great private 4 acres perfect for single, small group, or large family tent gatherings for a weekend or week. No utilities provided for tent campers at this time. Primitive camping only. Missouri’s largest floating river is a 25 minute drive from the property. The town of Salem is 8 miles away. Mark Twain National Park is located lass than 5 miles from the property. Large day time event reservations can be made by messaging me. Flat rate will include water and electric. At this time we are offering only primitive tent camping for up to ten tents anywhere on the property you choose to set up. There are three rv sites with full hook up, BUT these sites are not available without a months notice and are rented for a higher rate. All utilities are securely locked and not available to tent campers. You must take all garbage with you when you leave. You must provide your own rv/portable toilet, BUT you are allowed to dump your bodily waste in the RV septic port on the property prior to leaving. You must put the cover back on if you dump your bodily waste. There is a cement pad with privacy panels to set up an outdoor toilet and shower. Large fire pit provided for everyone’s use. No trash or cans allowed in fire pit. Barn is off limits and dangerous. Do not enter or remove anything from barn.
